Humble attempt to create a portal on namasankeerthanam. Hopefully this would be useful to someone. As the mahatmas say nama mahima is described in the sastras 'sruti smriti purAnEsu rama nama prakeerthitham' and leads one to deliverance. The portal is dedicated to the lotus feet of the mahatmas and bhagavathars of our tradition and intended for spiritual aspirants who would like to have satsanghAnubhAvams and contribute to this mission. Vaikunta Ekadasi January 5th 2012 - Live Webcast

Radhe Krishna! Shattila Ekadasi, or Shatthila Ekadashi or Vaikunta Ekadasi , is observed during the waning phase of moon in the month of January/February. The importance of Sattila Ekadasi was narrated to Yudhishtira by Lord Krishna and is found in the Bhavisyotara Purana. In 2012, the date of Shattila Ekadasi is January  05, 2012.
